For perfect application and distribution of brow powder and pomades. Use the spooley end for blending and smoothing product evenly.
Tips & Tricks:
- Applies Brow Powder and Pomade to the brow
- Start towards the beginning of the brow working towards the tail
- For more intense looks apply more product either Brow Powder, Pomade or
- Brow Perfection Pencil from mid section of brow to tail
- Set with Brow Gel
- Lift and open the eye with highlighter from our Master of Illumination Palette
