Exfoliate before use. Apply to dry skin, free from moisturisers. Apply using a self tanning mitt in circular motions. Use sparingly on elbows, knees, wrists and hands. Allow to develop for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight for a deeper tan. Rinse off and gently pat skin dry. Moisturise daily to maintain results."
